• Every person is required to wear a mask if they have to enter the office.

• Curbside service can be considered if requested by customers.

• Please note that you will be required to remove mask for a brief time to verify the identity of the person.

Services And Prices:

• $5 per Notary - Special Offer (Valid till 06/30/2024)

  • • Above rate is for an individual signature to be notarized

    • For multiple signatures (same or different person) to be notarized a document, each signature is considered a separate notary.

    • Example: Two signature on same page, if both signatures are to be notarized, then it is considered 2 notaries (cost will be $5x2=$10).

• Acknowledgement Notarization, Jurat Notarization, Affidavit Notarization, Copy Certificate, Quitclaim Deed Notarization, Health Directive Notarization, Oaths/Affirmation Notarization, Will Notarization, Passport Application related Notarization, Power Of Attorney Notarization. All of these will be charged at the above mentioned rates (i.e., $5 per notary).

• Apostille Services - $50 per Apostille.

  • • Plus per notary $5

    • Plus $35 for every additional Apostille in same document.

• Mobile Notary, Travelling fee - $35 per visit

  • • Plus per notary $5
